A clear range upfront, confirmed to a firm number once sourcing is complete, before any deposit is collected.

Ordering & Turnaround

Standard orders require 3–5 days lead time. Same-day and next-day orders are accepted when possible, subject to availability, and carry a rush fee.

Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any custom order, calculated on the lower end of your quoted range. The remaining balance is due on completion or before delivery.

Flower Availability

Seasonal and specialty blooms aren't always available on short notice. When a substitution is needed, we choose something of equal or greater value in a matching color palette, so the overall look stays true to what you asked for.

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, especially for rush or large-scale orders. Please confirm your delivery address and make sure someone is available to receive the order.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable once sourcing has started, since flowers are purchased specifically for your order. A cancellation made before sourcing begins may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

Refunds & Satisfaction

We don't offer cash refunds once an order has been sourced or delivered. If your arrangement arrives damaged or significantly different from what was agreed, let us know within 24 hours and we'll make it right with a replacement or redesign at no extra cost.

Care Instructions

Trim stems at an angle every 2–3 days, change the water regularly, and keep arrangements away from direct sunlight and ripening fruit. With basic care, most pieces stay fresh 5–7 days.

Allergy & Pet Safety

Some blooms, lilies especially, are toxic to cats and can trigger allergies. Let us know at ordering if you'd like these avoided.
